When the Forza line up made its debut in 2019 it included the 500, a monolight of exceptional power and build quality that was unlike anything on the market at that time.
Nanlite is set to do it again on an even grander scale with the new Forza 720 & 720B two high powered monolight’s that stand alone in terms of performance and value.
Featuring metal construction, a Bowens mount, Bluetooth with NANLINK mobile app compatibility and 2.4G, these lights deliver HMI level output in a much more compact, lightweight and heat
efficient package.
Both have rated power of 800 Watts, with the 720 Daylight balanced at 5600K, where as the 720B is a Bi colour version with a CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature) range of 2700 6500K.
Both have an advance yoke that’s compatible with the junior and baby pin, with a single sided lock for faster and easier positioning and also an umbrella mount.
The separate control unit features an updated design with V mount battery attachments on the sides for easy access, a 5.59cm LCD display, DMX in and out, a USB port and numerous loops for
attaching safety wire when mounting.
A durable mounting clamp is included that acts as a quick release for the control unit and can fasten to light stands and objects with larger diameters. These new fixtures supply the output required to accomplish some of the most demanding tasks in creative production with the reliability, consistency and outstanding support of Nanlite.

Incredible output and flexibility

The Forza 720 and 720B can create the effect of sunlight pouring through windows no matter the time of day a shoot is taking place. While also being nimble enough to dim 0 to 100% in 0.1% increments.

High colour accuracy

Forza 720B has a CRI of 96 and TLCI of 97, and the Forza 720 has a CRI of 95 and a TLCI of 96. Both provide a high level of accuracy so you can be assured that your work will have precise colour reproduction.

Built in effects & unlimited Customisation

For a 720 features 11 built in special effects and the 720B has 12. all the effects can be deeply customised and saved as quickly recallable resets with the free to download NANLINK mobile app.

Powered USB ports for DMX receivers

Both the 720 and 720B feature USB-A ports for future firmware updates, but the ports serve a second purpose. They both provide power to external devices, so they can be used to run DMX receivers.

Glass protected light sources

Both the COB on the 720 and CSP on the 720B feature glass covered light sources that protect the light element from damage should the errant insect find its way into your light set.

More brightness when battery powered

Similar lights from other brands are limited to a max of 50% brightness or less when used with battery power. The 720 and 720B provide considerably more light on location, with the 720 at 70% brightness and the 720B at 65%.
